Overview
AI Token Relay sits between an application and its model providers, giving one endpoint, one ledger and one set of policies for all AI usage — for our own products, and for enterprise deployments that need the same control.
Routing decisions — which provider, which model, what fallback — are made per request against cost, latency and availability. Every call is metered so usage can be attributed, capped and invoiced without instrumenting each product separately.
Improvements to routing, caching or cost control are made once and apply to every application connected to the relay, including Codex Pass.

One OpenAI-compatible endpoint in front of multiple model providers, with per-request routing and fallback.
